Legislative Black Caucus closes Black History Month by laying out policy goals

With the potential for a Democratic majority next year, Wisconsin’s Legislative Black Caucus closed this year’s Black History Month by laying out its policy goals on issues ranging from housing to education to civic engagement for the next legislative session. Each year, the caucus starts Black History Month with a celebration and ends it with
