1. What is Trail Mix 103.1?
Trail Mix 103.1 is your radio station (WPFP) based in Park Falls, playing hits from the 80s, 90s, and more. We provide great music throughout the day along with local news, weather, and sports coverage for the Park Falls community.

You can listen to us on 103.1 FM or 980 AM.

Our studio is located at 1329 4th Avenue South, PO Box 309,Park Falls, WI 54552.
4. What type of music do you play?
We specialize in Adult Hits featuring the best music from the 80s and 90s, plus other popular hits to keep you entertained throughout your workday.

You can listen live by simply hitting the play button at the bottom of this page, or by downloading the Civic Media mobile app.
6. Is there a mobile app?
As we just mentioned, yep. Search for “Civic Media” in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play store (Android) to download our free app and listen on the go.
7. Can I listen through smart speakers?

9. Who are the DJ’s?
Mike McKay is on weekdays from 10-2, then Gray Gunderson hosts our afternoon show from 2-7pm.

11. Do you broadcast sports?

20. Why can’t I hear the station clearly sometimes?
FM and AM reception can be affected by weather, terrain, and distance from the transmitter. If you’re having trouble with over-the-air reception, try our online stream or mobile app for crystal-clear audio.
21. Does the stream work outside of Wisconsin?
Yes! Our online stream and mobile app can be accessed from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.
22. Is there a delay between FM broadcast and online stream?
Yes, there is typically a slight delay (usually 10-30 seconds) between our over-the-air broadcast and the online stream.

23. Who owns Trail Mix 103.1?
We are owned and operated by Civic Media, a broadcasting company that operates multiple radio stations throughout the Midwest. But they don’t tell us what to do. They love that we live and work HERE.
24. When did the station launch?
The station rebranded as “Trail Mix 103.1” in February 2024, bringing a fresh format focused on 80s, 90s, and more to the Park Falls area.
